Molly B. Lee – Controller  | As Insight’s Controller since 1999, Molly oversees the company financial activity on a day-to-day basis. She is best known for her ability to “carry a big stick” by tightly managing cash flow, financial reporting, AR/AP and Payroll. For that last reason, we at Insight worship Molly Lee! Prior to her work with Insight, Molly had ten years experience as a Financial Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and Polaroid Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College with a major in Finance, Investments and Economics. | | |
Tracy James – Business Manager  | As Business Manager for Insight, Tracy masterfully orchestrates the running of our day to day operations. Tracy’s expertise is in creating a streamlined process for administrative functions, communications, and work flow that allows the team to function efficiently and cohesively. Tracy plans, directs and oversees Insight’s infrastructure including resource allocation, contract facilitation, IT system management, administrative processes, and final packaging of client deliverables. | Before joining Insight, Tracy held Office Manager roles at two CPA & business consulting firms in Boston and built a strong accounting background in the high tech and architecture industries. Nachelle Wiegman – Business Coordinator Nachelle contributes her communication skills and enthusiasm to her role as Business Coordinator at Insight Performance. Her devotion to maintaining a customer-centered approach to daily operations ensures that our clients receive exceptional attention in a timely manner. As Business Coordinator, she skillfully navigates the administrative, editorial, and operational aspects of the business. She is responsible for supporting office operations and responding to the first-line needs of Insight’s clients, staff, and business associates. Drawing from her previous experience as the Managing Editor of HR Expert and SCM Expert, two monthly publications focused on aligning SAP technology with key business objectives, Nachelle directs Insight’s monthly newsletter and provides a breadth of writing expertise to the Insight team. Janet Bulian – HR Consultant/Executive Recruiter  | Janet has earned the reputation for being a pro-active and tenacious Executive Recruiter. Janet Grogan – Senior Consultant  | Janet Grogan has twenty years of human resources and organizational development experience dealing with a range of issues from internal work place conflict to strategic direction. Janet most recently spent five years as the VP for Human Resources at The Community Builders, Inc. Janet developed protocols and work plans, facilitated strategic planning, consulted to leadership on a broad range of issues, and mediated or adjudicated internal departmental disputes as well as employee relations issues. | | Janet also spent 10 years in at the Massachusetts Port Authority as a compliance officer, Manager for Training and Organizational Development and ultimately as the Director of Human Resources. Shelley F. Hall  | Shelley Hall is an experienced Entrepreneur, CEO, and COO who has built, reinvented and turned around companies and divisions. Her career has included business ownership of three different companies and the opportunity to build and direct public companies in communications, technology and the Internet | Shelley’s interest in and dedication to customer service and quality became the driving force behind the start of a consulting firm called The MarComm Group, a partnership that delivered consulting and training to the Banking and Retail vertical markets. As technology grew, Shelley moved to become Northeast Regional Director of Education for Businessland, an international computer reseller. Exceeding profit margins goals by 60% earned Shelley an opportunity to take a small local company and transform it into a large regional player. As Vice President and General Manager for Productivity Point International, Shelley grew the company’s market share 250% in six years, making it the largest technical education provider in New England. Hunt Dr. Hunt is Associate Professor of Management and Chair of the Management Division at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he teaches management, strategic human resource management and leadership at the graduate and executive education levels. He is currently the Charles Barton Term Chair Holder. Dr. Hunt is a faculty member of the Leadership and Influence Program at the Babson College School of Executive Education and is Faculty Co-Director of the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program at Babson. He is co-author of, The Coaching Manager: Developing Top Talent in Business, available from Sage Publications. His most recent work, co-authored with Dr. Joseph Weintraub, The Coaching Organization: Strategy for Leadership Development, will be released by Sage later this summer. Dr. Hunt received his doctorate in business administration, with a concentration in organizational behavior, from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management in 1994. There he studied career and leadership development and organizational consultation. He is currently engaged in a major research project on executive coaching and organizational learning. He has published in such periodicals as the Journal of Management Education, Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, Insights, Journal of Innovation Management, Consulting Psychology Journal, Proceedings of the Academy of Management, and Progress in Management Consulting. Dr. Hunt is also the founder of Hunt Associates, a coaching, leadership development and strategic human resources consulting firm. Since 1990, Hunt Associates has provided executive coaching, career development and consultation services to a number of businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout the U.S., including Bose Corporation, Children’s Hospital Boston, 3Com, Genzyme, and Stratus Computer. He also serves on the board of advisors of two human resource management consulting firms. Dr. Hunt is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. Anne Marie Kelley Anne Marie Kelley is a performance driven senior level business manager with over 19 years successful experience in the Information Technology solutions area. She possesses outstanding proven abilities, including analytical and problem solving skills, business development, technical knowledge, business management, sales, marketing and customer service. Her career accomplishments include motivating and leading diverse groups with a focus on measurable results, building and maintaining relationships, facilitating organizational focus and team building, and defining and implementing business processes to achieve business goals and objectives. Over the past 3 years Anne Marie has focused her efforts working with clients in project management roles and recently attained her PMP Certification. Anne Marie served as Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Computer Services, Inc., a $40M IT infrastructure solutions company with 40 employees, supporting clients in New England. There, she held executive leadership and P&L responsibilities, built up an executive management team to support business goals, and implemented business process redesign work around critical processes in the Operations and Technical Services areas. With the executive management team, she refocused the company around core competencies of High Availability, Security, Network Design and Implementation and Storage Management. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Anne Marie served in a variety of roles at IBM over a span of 18 years, including Systems Engineer, Global Services Delivery Manager, Global Services Practices Leader, and National Sales Manager. Anne Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Boston College.
Mark Zuroff
Prior to founding The CFO Consulting Group, Mark spent 17 years as Director, Treasurer, CFO and COO to private and public companies including Elscint, Faxon, Leesona, and IBM. He led organizations in strategic and business planning, designing and implementing accounting, forecasting and control procedures, and developing plans to return companies to profitability. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and a MBA degree from Boston University. Additionally, he has achieved academic distinction by graduating in the top 5% of both schools and he has been awarded Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa memberships, a research fellowship at the Hoover Institute at Stanford University and a National Science Foundation Award. Mark is an active member of the Financial Executives Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the Chief Executives Club of Boston, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Institute of Management Accountants.
